We purchased an old condo in Naples and chose to do a complete rehab so we could start fresh. Rosalinda developed a new open floor plan, assisted with the selection of all cabinetry, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures and appliances. As we are snowbirds, we were unable to be in town during the majority of time this project took. Therefore Rosalinda oversaw the work of the GC during our absence, which was incredibly helpful to us. After the construction phase was complete, our designer assisted us with window treatments, furnishings and art.
